In particular, NOC 0, A or B are considered when an applicant applies under Canada Express Entry CEC.)

•   The student should meet the language ability of CLB 7 or NCLC 7 if the occupation falls under NOC 0 or A. Likewise; if the student’s occupation falls under NOC B then they should meet the language ability of CLB 5 or NCLC 5 to apply under Canadian Experience Class program.
•    Should be admissible to Canada
•    Should plan to live outside the province of Quebec
